Doug Ross: PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Doug is a veteran who served honorably for 21 years in the Kentucky National Guard, including a 12 month deployment to Afghanistan. He received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Doug also received an MBA from The Citadel. Doug co-founded SPARC, LLC in 2010. While at SPARC, Doug led and captured more than $1 Billion in contracts with the Federal Government. SPARC, LLC specialized in in providing Software Development and Cyber Security to the Federal Government, until it was purchased in 2016 by Booze Allan Hamilton for an undisclosed amount of money. After Doug left SPARC, he started Morgan 6 to provide software development and cyber security to the government. Doug is an entrepreneur at heart.
Joseph Wezwick: VICE PRESIDENT / DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Joseph brings over 30 years experience in sales and marketing, and executive management to the CyberTiger team. He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies in Technology and Software sales, including GE, Bausch & Lomb, and Houston Instruments. He joined Blackbaud, Inc., when it was a start-up based in New York. As VP of Sales and Marketing, Blackbaud grew from $10,000,000 to over $100,000,000 in revenues in 5 years under Joe’s leadership. He was instrumental in multilevel acquisitions and served on the Executive Steering Committee. Joe sales revenue numbers and projections were integral to the sale of Blackbaud to VCs Hellman & Friedman, which is now publicly traded with sales in excess $700,000,000 USD. Most recently, Joe’s focus has been consulting on identity theft and data breach solutions. He has partnered with industry leaders with Pre and Post breach products and services. Partnering with CSID of Austin, Texas, he spearheaded the effort and strategy in a successful bid for the “Post” South Carolina Dept. of Revenue Cyber Security breach contract.
Jason Besse: DIRECTOR OF INSURANCE RELATIONSHIPS
Jason has been in the insurance business for over 20 years. He currently works for one of the largest independent agencies in the Southeast where he specializes in Commercial Insurance. He has consistently been on the forefront of emerging coverage issues and products. He has always had an affinity for recognizing unique coverage requirements and associated specialty programs, instinctively leading Jason to focus on Cyber Liability since 2012. He has a unique skill set that enables him to understand both the technical and coverage sides of Cyber Liability. Jason’s relationships and contacts in the Insurance Industry are vast and cover many disciplines within the Insurance Industry at the executive level.
